Service & Privacy Terms DIGIBOND LTD. offers services to the users of “SMS-GET” business SMS based on these conditions and terms. 1.To register to make use of the Services, a User must fill in the registration form, and must provide SMS-GET with up to date, complete, and accurate information as requested by SMS-GET. 2.If the data a User provides is inaccurate or unreal, SMS-GET has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account, stop the user from accessing part or whole of the service, and confiscate all crdits. 3.SMS-GET will not intercept, monitor, or disclose any User messages or personal information about the User or the User’s account, which is protected and regulated by SMS-GET’s privacy laws. 4.Users warrant that they shall not send any unlawful message or engage in any fraudulent act by means of or in connection with any of the Services and comply with relevant international and R.O.C. (Taiwan) regulations. 5.Non-Taiwanese users should comply with the domestic or international legislation and treaties. The Users consents and warrant that they shall not engage in violating others’ rights or unlawful acts, including but not limited to: A.Publishing or sending any defamatory, abusive, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, false, public-policy-or-morals-violating, and other illegal words, pictures, or other files in any format. B.Infringement of others’ reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, other intellectual property rights, and other rights. C.Breach of confidentiality by laws or contract that is incumbent on . D.Fraudulent use of the service on behalf of others. E.Transmitting or spreading computer viruses. F.Spam. 6.SMS-GET has the right to stop or interrupt service with just reasons once the following inappropriate acts occur: A.When the maintenance of electronic communication on SMS-GET is necessary and sudden failure of electronic communication equipments caused by construction. B.When natural disaster or other unavoidable factors occur. C.When improper use of SMS-GET occurs, sending malicious messages, regardless of the amount of the unknown origin phone numbers, illegal phone number or empty numbers, etc., or thereby affecting others’ privacy rights. 7.The SMS points bought via prepaid or stored value will be permanently valid. Applicants cannot request cash withdrawal or offset other services charge. Service will be terminated when applicants request termination or violate the regulations of SMS-GET. 8.Charging point deduction means any delivery act will cause pre-deduction, depending on the system operation and the terminal electronic company equipment, and delivery act will last 24 hours until it is successfully delivered. During the delivery period, the charged points will be reimbursed if wrong number format occurs, but will not be reimbursed if caused by empty number or unpowered phone. 9.Service by paid points to SMS-GET users refer to the service by “billing service” which means the receiver phone number belongs to telecommunication system provider (portable numbers by regulation). Other service request will be provided and paid by contracted customers; the terms of contract for specific specification can be signed separately. All content, software used, or programs on this website, including but not limited to text, pictures, databases, graphics, icons, and designs of the website, are property of DIGIBOND.LTD or other copy right holders, including but not limited to trade marks, patent, copy right, business secret, and specific skills. It is the responsibility of the User not to use without permission, edit, re-edit, publicly transmit, spread, publish, publicly release, restore, decompile, or disassemble.
